Job Summary
The Associate, HR Services - Training, Quality, and Metrics will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs, performing quality checks and audits on HR processes, and creating and analyzing metrics and dashboards to gauge and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
Responsibilities
Training Development & Delivery
Deliver training programs for HR Services team members, and employees and managers on HR Services
Update training materials based on process changes, new technology, and feedback
Quality Assurance & Audits
Perform regular quality checks and audits of HR processes and services
Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance service quality
Metrics & Dashboard Creation
Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and identify trends
Analyze data to provide insights on service delivery, process efficiency, and team performance
Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership for informed decision-making
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Collaborate with HR teams to implement continuous improvement strategies
Facilitate process improvement workshops and brainstorming sessions
Monitor the impact of improvements and adjust strategies as necessary
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
Communicate effectively across different levels of the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven years of experience in HR, with a focus on training, quality assurance, and metrics analysis
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and data visualization tools
