Job Summary

Provides specialized analytic, administrative and clerical support to executives, managers and staff for an an area or department.

Responsibilities

Meeting and Event Planning/Preparation

  • Organizes meetings and develops agendas and meeting materials (such as presentations and reports) as needed

  • Plans and organizes business unit special events

Communications

  • Maintains confidentiality and deals with information that is sensitive

Special Projects

  • Assists with special projects as needed

Budgeting and Expense Management

  • Assists with departmental budgets

  • Processes expense reports and POs to completion

Calendar Management and Travel

  • Coordinates calendars

  • Makes travel arrangements as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven years experience preferred
