Job Summary
Provides specialized analytic, administrative and clerical support to executives, managers and staff for an an area or department.
Responsibilities
Meeting and Event Planning/Preparation
Organizes meetings and develops agendas and meeting materials (such as presentations and reports) as needed
Plans and organizes business unit special events
Communications
Maintains confidentiality and deals with information that is sensitive
Special Projects
Assists with special projects as needed
Budgeting and Expense Management
Assists with departmental budgets
Processes expense reports and POs to completion
Calendar Management and Travel
Coordinates calendars
Makes travel arrangements as needed
Qualifications
Proven years experience preferred
