Zur Unterstützung unseres wachsenden Teams in Deutschland suchen wir eine/n Security Project and Program Manager/in. Sie sind verantwortlich für die physikalische Security und die technischen Securityinstallationen unserer Rechenzentrumsstandorte in Frankfurt, München, Hamburg und Düsseldorf.

Was machen Sie in der Rolle?

Der/die Security Project and Program Manager/in leitet Projekte im Bereich Security und setzt globale Prozesse und Vorgaben an unseren deutschen Standorten um. In dieser Rolle entwickeln und pflegen Sie abteilungsübergreifende Beziehungen und setzen Themen aus der Theorie in die Praxis um. Dazu gehören z.B. die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen operativen und Compliance Teams, die Mitarbeit im Design Engineering bei Erweiterung und Neubauten von Rechenzentren bis hin zur KPI-Analyse und der Erarbeitung von Lösungs- und Verbesserungsvorschlägen. Weitere Aufgaben sind die Durchführung/Begleitung von internen Audits und eine aktive Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von externen Audits. Die Umsetzung der Geschäftsprozesse im Land, eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit europäischen/globalen Abteilungen und Lieferantenmanagement fallen in ihr Aufgabengebiet. Sie agieren als Bindeglied zwischen den verschiedenen Abteilungen und können Menschen für Ihre Ideen begeistern. Diese Position ist im Raum Frankfurt angesiedelt. 

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich sieht wie folgt aus:

• Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Prozessen in die Betriebspraxis

• Erarbeitung von Lösungen, um Geschäftsprozesse umzusetzen

• Management und Implementierung physischer Security- und Business Continuity

Prozesse für unsere deutschen Standorte

• Teilnahme an internen/externen Zertifizierungsaudits

• Mitarbeit/Teilnahme an Kundenaudits sowie Ausarbeitung von RFI´s / RFP´s

• Projektleitung im Bereich physikalischer Sicherheit

• Mitarbeit im Design Engineering bei Erweiterung und Neubauten von Rechenzentren

• Entwicklung und Überwachung von Trainingsprogrammen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen operativen und Compliance Teams

• Lieferantenmanagement des Securitydienstleisters

Job Summary

To support our growing team in Germany, we are looking for a Security Project and Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for physical security and technical security installations across our data center locations in Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, and Düsseldorf.

What will you do in this role?

As a Security Project and Program Manager, you will lead security-related projects and ensure the implementation of global security processes and standards across our German sites. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and translate strategy and policy into operational practice.

Your responsibilities will range from close collaboration with local operations and compliance teams, to supporting design engineering activities for data center expansions and new builds, KPI analysis, and the development of improvement and optimization measures. You will also conduct internal audits and actively support external audits.

In addition, you will ensure the execution of business processes at country level, collaborate closely with European and global teams, and manage external security vendors. Acting as a bridge between departments, you are able to engage and influence stakeholders and drive security initiatives forward.

This position is based in the Frankfurt area.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the operational implementation of global and local processes

• Developing practical solutions to enable and optimize business processes

• Managing and implementing physical security and business continuity processes for our German sites

• Participating in internal and external certification audits

• Supporting and participating in customer audits and preparing RFIs / RFPs

• Leading projects related to physical security

• Contributing to design engineering for data center expansions and new builds

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring security training programs

• Working closely with local operations and compliance teams

• Managing external security service providers and vendors
