Job Summary
As part of the Talent Acquisition (ITS) organization, The Strategic Sourcing Manager leads and develops a global sourcing team. They are accountable for managing sourcing strategy from workforce plan to first shortlist and for enabling the enterprise Talent Strategy within their domain. As both a people leader and strategic business partner, the Sourcing Manager ensures sourcing outcomes meet business needs, talent strategies are embedded into execution, and delivery is consistent and effective. They coach and enable Sourcers to apply all talent levers (Build, Borrow, Buy) in pipelining and decision making. The leader plays a critical role in strengthening talent intelligence and sourcing capability, fostering workforce agility, and ensuring that talent outcomes directly support business priorities and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop a centralized global sourcing team
Partner with Senior Managers and Recruiters to embed insights into intakes with hiring managers and create go-to-market talent sourcing strategies.
Govern quality standards for labor research, competitor analysis, and passive pipelines
Translate talent intelligence outputs into decision-ready dashboards, playbooks, intake guidance
Leverage talent market research to understand competitor threats/opportunities, talent supply/demand, diversity and industry trends
Act as a scaling function for the Talent Intelligence and Strategic Sourcing director for research and enterprise projects
Operational Excellence
Oversee delivery of integrated, proactive talent pipelines and drive agile sourcing culture and practice for ‘just-in-time’ requirements
Manage and deliver against metrics: funnel health, conversion rates and velocity to slate
Act as a champion for innovative talent intelligence and sourcing skills in AI-enabled research/sourcing tools and automation
Influence and Partner with Stakeholders
Drive adoption of TI insights across ITS ecosystem
Ability to proxy for TI Director in ITS, FPT, O&T and TPT forums
Ability to articulate executive level insights, data and clearly translate aggregate data insights into clear recommendations that align to enterprise and individual business needs
Success Metrics
% of decisions/workforce strategies influenced by TI outputs
Funnel Efficiency Index improvement via TI pipeline quality
Time-to-decision velocity improvement
Diversity in pipelines delivered
Adoption/utilization feedback from STAs, ITS Managers, FPT leaders
Thought Leadership and Coaching indicators based on best practices

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 112,000 - 162,000 CAD / Annual
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual
Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 192,000 - 317,000 PLN / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
