  • Implement and optimize access certifications, role models, and compliance controls.

  • Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues and drive root-cause resolution.

  • Contribute to automation-first IAM strategy, reducing manual operations via scalable engineering solutions.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (SRE, infra, app teams) on identity integrations and migrations.

  • Produce technical documentation and support secure development, testing, and code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in IAM/IGA, with 2+ years on SailPoint IdentityNow

  • Strong hands-on expertise with: IdentityNow (workflows, connectors, roles, certifications) APIs, JSON, REST integrations, Postman Scripting (Java, PowerShell or similar)

  • Experience integrating enterprise applications (AD, Workday, ServiceNow, DBs, SaaS apps)

  • Strong understanding of cloud identity architectures and distributed systems

  • Familiarity with modern authentication (OAuth2, OIDC, client credentials / app-to-app auth)

  • Experience with automation and DevSecOps tooling

AI / Modern Identity (Key Differentiators)

  • Experience managing non-human identities (NHIs) and machine-to-machine authentication at scale

  • Understanding of AI/ML in identity security (risk-based access, anomaly detection, behavioral analytics)

  • Exposure to identity governance for AI agents (access control, lifecycle, monitoring)

  • Knowledge of Zero Trust and Just-in-Time (JIT) access models

  • Familiarity with API security and identity orchestration patterns

  • Awareness of AI security risks (e.g., data leakage, misuse of privileged access by agents)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
