Job Summary

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the high availability, reliability, and performance of the company’s global network and systems infrastructure. This role involves continuous monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior professionals. The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor the health and performance of global network infrastructure, servers, and systems.
  • Identify, diagnose, and efficiently resolve network and system incidents.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of incidents, problems, and solutions.
  • Provide advanced-level technical support to internal teams and clients for complex issues.
  • Participate in planned software and hardware maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to enhance network stability and integrity.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and new team members to support team growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience working in an NOC environment, preferably in a senior-level capacity.
  • Deep knowledge of core network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, among others.
  • Proficiency with network and system monitoring and management tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Intermediate Spanish is considered a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, etc.) are highly desirable.
  • Availability to work on a 4x2 rotation shift from 07:30 to 16:30.
