Job Summary

The DIGIN Network Engineering & Operations (NE&O) Infrastructure Program Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of network infrastructure and interconnection platform initiatives that support Equinix's global digital ecosystem. This role combines program management, automation, data analytics, and AI-driven project execution to transform how infrastructure projects are planned, executed, and managed.

As a strategic leader, you will drive the evolution from traditional project management methodologies toward intelligent, data-driven, and self-service delivery models. You will champion the use of AI, automation, predictive analytics, and digital platforms to improve deployment velocity, enhance stakeholder visibility, reduce operational overhead, and enable engineering teams to become increasingly self-sufficient in managing project execution.

Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and status reports

  • Coordinate global stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines

  • Track project budgets, resource utilization, dependencies, and implementation readiness

  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered project management practices across Infrastructure Engineering and Operations

  • Implement predictive analytics for project forecasting, risk identification, schedule optimization, and resource planning

  • Develop AI-driven project insights, automated status reporting, executive dashboards, and delivery health monitoring

  • Utilize Generative AI technologies to automate project documentation, meeting summaries, action tracking, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications

  • Leverage digital copilots to improve team productivity and project transparency

  • Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence

  • Translate business objectives into measurable execution roadmaps

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, Operations, Site Planning, and Data Center teams to coordinate project execution

  • Manage complex cross-functional dependencies across global initiatives

  • Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels through data-driven communication and visualization

  • Drive alignment between business priorities and technical execution

  • Identify cross functional dependencies and work with relevant department stakeholders to co-ordinate and prioritize activities

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Design and implement self-service delivery frameworks that enable engineers and stakeholders to independently manage project activities

  • Reduce manual project management activities through automation-first principles

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate project delivery processes

  • Lead Digital Transformation initiatives within Network Engineering and Operations

  • Establish best practices for AI adoption and automation across the project lifecycle

  • Evaluate emerging technologies that improve delivery efficiency and project visibility

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning

  • Capture lessons learned and implemented best practices across future deployments

Reporting & Communication

  • Define project KPIs and operational metrics that provide real-time visibility into delivery performance

  • Develop centralized dashboards and reporting platforms using modern analytics tools

  • Utilize data insights to identify bottlenecks, deployment risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Establish program governance through measurable business outcomes rather than administrative tracking

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 Years of experience in project coordination or Project Management

  • Agile practitioner Skill with good hands-on JIRA

  • Experience in Network Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Data Center, Cloud, or Technology environments

  • Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure deployment projects

  • Experience driving automation, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives

  • Demonstrated success working in global cross-functional environments

  • Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or analytics solutions to improve project delivery

  • Understanding of data-driven project governance and predictive analytics

Good to have Skills

Strong understanding of network infrastructure technologies, including:

  • Data Center Infrastructure

  • Network Infrastructure

  • Internet & Peering Platforms

  • Cloud Connectivity

  • Infrastructure Lifecycle Management

  • Familiarity with Change Management and Service Delivery processes
