Support the Reporting & Analytics team with operational and analytical activities, contributing to data validation, dashboard monitoring, and project backlog management. This role plays a key part in organizing information, aligning with operational and commercial teams, and mitigating delivery risks to clients, enabling senior analysts to focus on higher-complexity work. The position is based at Equinix SPO, with a hybrid work model requiring on-site presence twice a week at Avenida Paulista (Consolação metro station).
- Support the Reporting & Analytics team in validating and checking data used in reports and dashboards.
- Perform routine and operational tasks that currently require time from more experienced analysts.
- Track and manage the project backlog, ensuring clear visibility of status and delivery progress.
- Monitor backlog dashboards to identify:
- Projects scheduled for delivery within the month.
- Projects with delays or potential risks;
- Types of blockers (operational, technical, cross-team dependencies, etc.).
- Maintain frequent alignment with operational and commercial teams involved in project deliveries.
- Consolidate information and support status communication to reduce delivery impacts for clients.
- Assist in organizing information, controls, and indicators related to backlog management.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Economics, or related fields, with at least two years remaining until graduation.
- Availability to work on-site twice per week at Avenida Paulista (Consolação metro), São Paulo.
- Intermediate Excel skills (tables, filters, basic formulas).
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple teams.
- Analytical, proactive profile with a strong willingness to learn.
- Fluent English.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Google Looker, Tableau, SQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, or data analysis.
- Basic understanding of processes, project management, or backlog management.
- Previous academic or internship experience in operational or analytical areas.
- Spanish proficiency.
