Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking to recruit young, smart and committed individuals to join our organisation as an Intern for the duration of their one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in 2026. You will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our operations, support team projects, and grow professionally. 

If you are resourceful, versatile, analytical, assertive, audacious and a self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, then you are our ideal candidate.  You must also be interested in building a career in the Technology sector, buying into Equinix’s vision and demonstrating integrity at all times.

What you will learn

• The Ability to Identify Root Causes and Recommend Solutions

• GPON Technologies, Metro Internet and Fiber Network

• Network Designing, Commissioning and Installing

• Troubleshooting and Resolution of Network Related Problems

• Transmission Planning & Implementation

How to Determine Your Eligibility

• Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper qualification or equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in the NYSC program, posted to Lagos for service and are looking for a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).

• Candidates should be able to demonstrate leadership qualities through extra-curricular activities

• Ability to work with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) is essential
