Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated individual, with strong accounting skills, attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to work well with cross-functional organizations.  This position will report to the Lease Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accounting of all leasing transactions in compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, including US GAAP, IFRS, company policies, and internal control standards

• Utilize Lucernex, a lease administration and accounting system, to set up and generate accounting entries

• Participate in the month-end close activities

• Flux Analysis of Lease Accounts

• Prepare journal entries and BS reconciliation

• Assist with audit

• Update quarterly lease disclosures and controls

• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

• Special projects as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance functions

• Knowledge of US GAAP or local accounting standard

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision and within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experienced with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Cloud, R12 or other ERP systems preferred

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Self-starter and team player with a positive attitude

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Amenable to Hybrid Reporting Set-up

• Amenable to the 5 AM- 2 PM Schedule
