You will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll teams to help deliver accurate, compliant, and employee-friendly stock plan operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will help deliver accurate, timely, and compliant stock services operations while providing excellent support to employees and internal stakeholders.

  • Support end-to-end administration of employee equity programs, with a primary focus on Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
  • Assist with key equity lifecycle events, including grants, vesting, enrollments, contribution changes, purchases, terminations, and cancellations.
  • Partner with HR, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and payroll teams to ensure equity transactions are processed accurately and on time.
  • Respond to employee questions about stock plans in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Maintain clear employee communications and education materials, including FAQs, grant materials, intranet content, and training resources.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to equity administration, tax, financial reporting, audits, and annual processes.
  • Assist with domestic and global equity compliance activities, including year-end reporting support, audit requests, and SOX control documentation.
  • Maintain accurate procedures, checklists, and desktop documentation to keep processes audit-ready and up to date.
  • Track issues, identify recurring themes, and contribute to process improvements and root-cause analysis.
  • Support cross-functional projects involving equity operations, testing, reporting, and process enhancements.

Requirements and Experience

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in stock administration, equity compensation, payroll, HR operations, finance operations, or a closely related area.
  • Experience supporting stock services processes, or transferable experience from payroll, benefits, HR operations, finance operations, or another highly detail-oriented operational environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and statutory considerations related to equity events, tax withholding, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting reconciliations, reporting, compliance activities, and audit requests.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with accuracy, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain stock plan concepts clearly to employees and stakeholders.
  • Comfort working across functions and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, escalate non-standard issues appropriately, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Attributes

  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a global, process-driven environment
