Job Summary

Are you ready to join a dynamic team as a Shift Customer Operations Technician? Look no further! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about maintaining critical installation infrastructure and providing exceptional service to our customers. 

As a Shift Customer Operations Technician, you will benefit from cabling experience and may have worked in a similar environment that gave you a good grounding for the role. You will have the ability to utilise strong IT skills while seamlessly transitioning between hands-on work and administrative tasks. Experience in delivering excellent customer service is a huge bonus, as our customers, both internal and external, are of utmost importance to us. We want them to be important to you too!

Responsibilities

• You will be involved in responding to customer requests

• You will perform technical tasks on behalf of customers

• You will install customer equipment in racks

• You will lay cabling in the data center (UTP and fiber optic)

• You will monitor and respond to alarm notifications

• You will ensure proper documentation of customer work performed
