Job Summary

The candidate will work closely with a product owner through product or product feature development. They will experience identifying areas of business opportunity, determining its value, and driving a product solution.  It will include direct engagement with end-users, designers, and developers in an agile environment to ensure "product-market fit" and delivery of quality products.  The ideal candidate is a great storyteller, communicative, creative and a problem solver. 

The Global Operations Enablement team is responsible for driving technology capabilities to enable our datacenter technicians and engineers to operate effectively at scale. With over 5,000 Operations employees across the globe, this team will help simplify and automate their capabilities to deliver for and support our customers.
