Job Summary

A procurement professional responsible for the supply chain on complex and business critical procurement initiatives. They engage in supplier and internal communication as well as project demand management.

Responsibilities

Project Oversight

• Prepares project budget

• Coordinates and monitors projects from start to completion

• Meets deadlines, communicates progress of project and conducts meetings as needed

• Responsible for the completion of a portion of project deliverables

• Reports on commercial issues from quote to invoicing

• Communicates large project/program scope, schedule, resource and budget changes, risks, and issues

Supplier Management

• Ensures vendor performance is consistent with agreed contract parameters

• Contributes to inventory analysis and forecast plan creation, suggesting insights based on the data

• Shares demand forecasts with suppliers

• Administrates RFX's, as directed, to support project requirements

• Participates in key suppliers' quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

Business Partnering

• Engages and collaborates with business teams on assigned initiatives

• Provides insight to procurement execution initiatives

• Educates the business on procurement processes and governance

• Provides input and recommendations to the Source to Pay process and systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred
