Job Summary
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly experienced Critical Facilities Engineering Specialist to join our UK Operations team as a Lead CFE (Level VI). This is a senior, site-based technical role, suited to an individual who brings deep subject‑matter expertise and enjoys operating as a trusted technical resource across the site and campus.
This role is not a people‑management or line‑management position. The Lead CFE Specialist supports the site by plugging into operational, project and incident activity, working alongside managers, supervisors and engineers to strengthen technical decision‑making, capability and outcomes.
As an ambassador for the site and campus, you will engage with UK and global stakeholders to support safe, resilient operations and an excellent customer experience.
Do you thrive on complex technical challenges and independent problem‑solving? Are you motivated by supporting others and raising standards through expertise rather than authority? If so, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across our critical facilities environment.
