Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Global Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting process alignment, operational standardization, and automation initiatives across regions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to improving operational efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Assist in aligning operational processes and working models across different regions.
Support the standardization of procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with the product team to define operational aspects of the product value proposition.
Help validate nonstandard support model requests for complex business opportunities.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.
Identify automation opportunities and assist in evaluating their potential benefits.
Provide support to the operations team on ServiceNow-related issues and troubleshooting.

Location: RJ1 or SPO (Rio de Janeiro, Botafogo or São Paulo, Av Paulista)

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of two years remaining to complete the degree.
Strong interest in operations, process improvement, and technology.
Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with ServiceNow or willingness to learn.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Japanese and Spanish is a plus.
