직무개요

에퀴닉스코리아에서 데이터센터의 핵심 인프라인 제어시스템(Control Systems) 및 기계 설비(Mechanical Systems) 운영에 전문성을 갖춘 엔지니어를 찾고 있습니다. 해당 직무는 고도의 기술력과 문제 해결 능력을 바탕으로, 설비의 안정적인 운영을 보장하고, 예방 유지보수 및 긴급 대응을 주도하며, 팀과 함께 효율적인 운영 체계를 구축하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 수행합니다.

주요 업무

시설 및 인프라 유지보수

• 데이터센터 주요 시설 시스템에 대한 예방 및 유지보수 수행

• 장비 고장 원인 분석(Root Cause Analysis) 및 문제 해결

• BMS(Building Management System) 데이터 분석 및 알람 대응

• HVAC, 전기, 소방, 유틸리티 시스템 유지보수 및 안전 점검

• 환경안전보건(EHS) 규정 준수 및 개선 제안

협력업체 관리

• 협력 업체의 유지보수 작업 지휘 및 성과 관리

• SLA 기반 성과 추적 및 예방 유지보수 프로그램 수립 지원

• 예산 계획 및 작업 품질 검토 수행

유지보수 운영 프로토콜(MOP)

• MOP 문서 작성 및 기록 관리

• 현장 작업 시 정확한 절차 준수 여부 확인

• 완료된 작업에 대한 문서 검토 및 승인

작업 지시 및 문서화

• 이슈 발생 시 상세한 작업 기록 및 원인 분석

• 보조 장비 및 기계 문제 해결을 통한 다운타임 최소화

• 자동제어/기계 이슈에 대한 정확한 기술 문서 유지

협업 및 리더십

• 부서 간 협업 조율 및 커뮤니케이션 주도

• 외주 벤더 작업 관리 및 품질 검토

• 팀원 기술 지원 및 문제 해결 가이드

• 운영 프로세스 개선 및 프로젝트 리딩

자격 요건

• 데이터센터와 같은 주요시설 (Mission Critical Facilities) 제어시스템, 기계 운영 관련 경력 8-10년 이상

• 학사 학위 또는 이에 준하는 실무 경험

• 관련 자격증 보유자 (기사, 산업기사 등)

• 비지니스 영어 가능자
