This role serves as a force multiplier, translating high-level corporate vision into executable roadmaps while removing obstacles that hinder departmental efficiency.

You will work at the intersection of organizational strategy, fiscal responsibility, and human capital, creating the infrastructure necessary for our corporate teams to provide world-class support to the broader business. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and wants to shape the backbone of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Alignment: Partner with Corporate Function heads (HR, Finance, Legal, xScale, Digital Workplace) to develop and refine departmental strategies that align with broader enterprise goals

  • Strategic Roadmaps: Translate corporate vision into actionable OKRs, quarterly plans, and long-term milestones

  • Portfolio Oversight: Own the corporate initiative portfolio, tracking cross-functional investments, resource allocation, and progress against key milestones

  • Planning Cycles: Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles and facilitate high-stakes strategy review sessions

Operational Excellence & Efficiency

  • Operating Rhythms: Design and continuously improve the "heartbeat" of corporate functions, including leadership team meetings, decision-making forums, and performance reviews

  • Process Scaling: Identify inefficiencies in cross-departmental workflows and implement scalable solutions to reduce friction

  • Performance Metrics: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into the health and performance of corporate teams

  • Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency across initiatives

  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a confidential sounding board and thought partner for the Head of Corporate Functions on complex organizational challenges

  • Executive Coaching: Provide coaching support to functional leads, helping them prepare for board presentations and significant stakeholder engagements

  • Growth Facilitation: Facilitate team reflection and learning to identify organizational blind spots and professional growth opportunities

  • CoS Community: Partner with other Chiefs of Staff across the organization to share best practices and ensure cross-functional consistency

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Executive Briefings: Prepare board materials, leadership presentations, and briefings that synthesize complex data into clear insights

  • Internal Comms: Manage internal communications to ensure transparency and alignment across all corporate function employees

  • Proxy Representation: Represent the Head of Corporate Functions in key meetings and forums to maintain momentum on critical projects

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong ties with stakeholders at all levels to influence outcomes without direct authority

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience: 12+ years in corporate strategy, business operations, management consulting, or a similar analytical leadership role

  • Execution: Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments

  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on executive-level storytelling

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving abilities with comfort navigating both financial data and qualitative organizational health metrics

  • Project Management: Exceptional ability to drive results and maintain accountability across diverse teams without direct authority

  • Platform Proficiency: Experience with enterprise technology platforms (ERPs, HCM systems, or advanced analytics tools)

Preferred

  • Education: MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Organizational Development
