Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Account Manager to oversee and manage 3 to 5 key international accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT environments and have the ability to build and execute comprehensive business plans. This role requires fluency in English and the ability to navigate a multi-cultural environment while establishing and maintaining relationships with CXO-level contacts.
Responsibilities
Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with 3 to 5 international accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to each account, identifying growth opportunities and aligning with client objectives
Multi-Cultural Engagement: Work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, understanding and respecting diverse perspectives and practices
Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with CXO-level contacts, providing regular updates and insights on account performance and opportunities
IT Environment Understanding: Leverage knowledge of IT environments to provide tailored solutions and recommendations that meet client needs
Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a cohesive approach to account management
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, preferably in an international context
Strong understanding of IT environments and technology solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience engaging with CXO-level contacts and understanding their business needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsabilités

Gestion des comptes : Gérer et développer les relations avec 3 à 5 comptes internationaux, en veillant à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients
Planification commerciale : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques adaptés à chaque compte, en identifiant les opportunités de croissance et en les alignant sur les objectifs des clients
Engagement multiculturel : Travailler efficacement dans un environnement multiculturel, en comprenant et en respectant des perspectives et pratiques diverses
Communication avec les parties prenantes : Établir et maintenir des relations avec des interlocuteurs de niveau CXO, en fournissant des mises à jour régulières et des analyses sur la performance et les opportunités des comptes
Compréhension des environnements IT : Mettre à profit la connaissance des environnements informatiques pour proposer des solutions et recommandations adaptées aux besoins des clients
Suivi des performances : Surveiller les indicateurs de performance des comptes et préparer des rapports destinés aux parties prenantes internes, mettant en avant les réussites et les axes d’amélioration
Collaboration : Collaborer avec des équipes transverses, incluant la vente, le marketing et le support technique, afin d’assurer une approche cohérente de la gestion des comptes
Qualifications
Expérience avérée en gestion de comptes, de préférence dans un contexte international
Solide compréhension des environnements informatiques et des solutions technologiques
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec une maîtrise de l’anglais (la connaissance d’autres langues est un atout)
Expérience dans l’interaction avec des interlocuteurs de niveau CXO et bonne compréhension de leurs besoins business
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu’en équipe, dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel
Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
