Job Summary

This role supports the Sales organization by turning data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and cross-functional partners to build dashboards, maintain reporting, and support analysis that helps leaders understand performance, identify issues, and make better decisions.

Responsibilities

Sales Analytics & Reporting

  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Tableau and Excel to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key operational metrics

  • Support recurring reporting cadences with accurate, well-documented outputs

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions related to sales performance, territory coverage, pipeline movement, and rep activity

Data Management & Quality

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting

  • Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues

  • Help define and document metric definitions, assumptions, and reporting logic

Sales Operations Support

  • Respond to standard data and reporting requests from sales stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Support basic Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, data extracts, and analysis

  • Assist with system updates, reporting changes, or process improvements related to sales analytics

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate manual processes, and improve data visibility

  • Participate in cross-functional projects by tracking action items, supporting analysis, and following through on deliverables

  • Contribute to improving how sales data is used to drive decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Analytics, Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or similar)

  • Strong analytical skills in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau (academic, internship, or professional experience)

  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate findings effectively

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM platforms

  • Basic experience with Python for data analysis or automation

  • Prior exposure to sales, sales operations, or revenue analytics

This posting is a new position within our organization.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 58,000 - 86,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
