Overview 

We are seeking a forward-thinking Procurement System Manager – Power Platform to lead the modernization of digital procurement and supply-chain systems across the enterprise. The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise in Procurement and/or Supply Chain with strong technical skills in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)Copilot/AI agent development, and data modeling

This role will serve as Product Owner for key digital solution in Procurement and Supply Chain process built. The incumbent will be accountable for roadmap execution, stakeholder alignment, product backlog management, and delivering measurable business outcomes through automation and data intelligence. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Power Platform Management & Solution Delivery (Product Ownership) 

  • Serve as the Product Owner for procurement/ supply chain systems managing vision, roadmap, backlog, and value realization. 

  • Own the Procurement Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and alignment with enterprise data architecture and business objectives. 

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives — from ideation, design, and agile sprint planning to deployment and sustainment. 

  • Architect and deliver low-code solutions such as Item Master, Vendor Master, Procurement Tracker, Guided Buying, and Inventory Visibility dashboards. 

  • Design and maintain Dataverse data models and schemas, ensuring relational consistency and integration with ERP systems. 

  • Develop workflow automations via Power Automate for requisitioning, approvals, sourcing, and supplier management. 

  • Implement governance, release management, and security frameworks for Power Platform environments. 

  • Drive user adoption through strong stakeholder engagement, clear product documentation, and continuous enhancement cycles. 

 

2. Power BI, Analytics & Insight Enablement 

  • Lead the Power BI strategy for procurement and supply chain analytics. 

  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards for spend visibility, supplier performance, project material tracking, and process efficiency. 

  • Build semantic models and data pipelines that connect Power BI with Dataverse, ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Coupa), and external systems. 

  • Define data quality and role-based access controls for Power BI assets to ensure accuracy and security. 

  • Promote self-service analytics capabilities and standardized reporting frameworks across teams. 

 

3. Data Modeling & Integration 

  • Define and manage a unified Procurement Data Model encompassing Item, Vendor, Contract, Spend, and Project domains. 

  • Establish entity relationships, normalization rules, and lineage documentation across integrated systems. 

  • Harmonize master data between Power Platform, ERP, and planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Coupa). 

  • Partner with enterprise data and architecture teams to ensure data consistency, traceability, and governance compliance

  • Support advanced analytics and AI initiatives through structured and well-documented data models. 

 

 

4. Governance & Performance Management 

  • Establish data, platform, and process governance frameworks ensuring auditability, compliance, and operational integrity. 

  • Define and track OKRs and KPIs for digital platform adoption, automation rate, and data quality improvements. 

  • Deliver executive reports and ROI analyses for Power Platform and product initiatives. 

  • Manage release cycles, environment backups, and version control for all procurement applications. 

 

5. Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement 

  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to align digital strategies with business goals. 

  • Collaborate with Microsoft and implementation partners to deliver scalable, supportable solutions. 

  • Lead end-user enablement programs and communities of practice for Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot. 

  • Represent Procurement in enterprise digital-transformation, data-governance, and AI adoption forums. 

 

Qualifications 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Sciences, Information Systems,  Data Science or related fields;  

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) preferably related to supply chain area. 

  • Proven Product Ownership experience for S2P, MRP, or digital procurement platforms. 

  • Strong expertise in Data Modeling, Integration, and Master Data Management

  • Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and semantic modeling. 

  • Experience developing Copilot Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI. 

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, or Coupa is a plus 

Technical Skills 

  • Power Fx, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse schema design, REST API integration. 

  • Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, semantic models). 

  • Deep understanding of data governance, AI integration, and prompt design. 

  • Experience in agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps for low-code platforms.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 119,000 - 179,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
