  • Lead discovery with Finance and business leaders, translating ambiguous requests into clear business requirements, success measures, and delivery plans
  • Apply structured improvement methods (process mapping, root-cause analysis) to reduce cycle time, manual effort, errors, and control gaps
  • Ensure future-state processes and solutions maintain appropriate financial controls, governance, and documentation

Drive automation and AI enablement

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities, and help to develop the business case
  • Partner with Finance and Data & Analytics teams to design, build, test, and deploy technology enabled solutions
  • Support the responsible rollout of AI tools and use cases within Finance, including defining use cases, running pilots, and measuring adoption and impact

Lead project delivery

  • Manage transformation initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption, and benefits tracking
  • Maintain project plans, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and executive updates
  • Build alignment across Finance, business, and technology stakeholders, facilitating decisions and resolving competing priorities

Enable demand intake and prioritization

  • Participate in key intake and prioritization activities, ensuring proper governance is applied across requested, prioritized, delivered, and measured initiatives
  • Contribute to project-level reporting so leadership can see the status, value, and capacity behind the transformation pipeline

Lead change and engagement activities

  • Deliver change management, communications, training, and user readiness to ensure new processes and tools are adopted and sustained

Qualifications

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or a related field
