Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Process Implementation group. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Finance, specifically in credit/collections, billing, or quote-to-cash processes. This role requires a strong understanding of agile or lean methodologies, as well as proficiency in process mapping and reporting. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with customers and senior leaders to drive process improvements and deliver impactful presentations.
 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyze and document end-to-end business processes related to credit/collections, billing, and quote-to-cash operations.
•    Utilize tools such as Lucid Charts or Visio to create detailed process maps and workflows.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
•    Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track process performance and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
•    Facilitate workshops and meetings with customers and senior leaders to gather requirements, present findings, and drive consensus on process changes.
•    Implement agile or lean methodologies to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
•    Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
•    Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.
 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role within the Finance sector, with a focus on credit/collections, billing, or quote-to-cash processes.
•    Proven experience with agile or lean methodologies; certification in Six Sigma or SAFe is a significant plus.
•    Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucid Charts or Visio.
•    Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and making data-driven recommendations.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and senior leadership.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
