Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced SDET to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in development and maintaining of automated test scripts for both UI and API; support in scalable test automation frameworks . You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by developing robust automation solutions and integrating them into our CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright and Cucumber

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks

  • Create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional requirements

  • Implement automated test suites in JavaScript/TypeScript and Java

  • Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to integrate automation into the development lifecycle

  • Maintain and optimize test execution in GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines

  • Contribute to test strategy, planning, and execution in Agile environments

  • Work with tools like JIRA, Zephyr, and other test management platforms

  • Optionally contribute to automation tasks using Python for tools automation

  • Ensure high code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in test automation and framework development

  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Cucumber

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Java

  • Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD integration

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Zephyr

  • Good understanding of software testing principles, including functional, regression, and integration testing

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Experience with Python for scripting or automation tasks. ( Good to have but not mandatory)
