Uses developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. The job is an intermediate level. 

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering

• Develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required

Program Design and Content Development

• Works on problems of moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Applies learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments

Program & Project Management

• Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions. Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced team professionals

Enablement Production and/or Delivery

• Responsible for planning and executing the logistics for enablement program implementation, within a moderate scope

Sales & Sales Management Coaching

Sales & Partner Communications

Program Reporting

• Tracks and reports on completion status projects for enablement deliverables, within a moderate scope

• Utilizes professional expertise in identifying data trends in program reporting

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

This posting is a new position within our organization.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 70,000 - 105,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 73,000 - 109,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
