Job Summary

We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Operations Finance team as a Financial Administrative Support. This role is a fixed term contract of 6 months to help our team during staff absence, as such we are looking for someone who is keen to make a start in May/ early June and who is quick to pick up new skills and ask questions! We would like Dutch language skills however if you are someone who can find solutions and overcome barriers that is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support our Operations team with daily financial tasks, making sure everything adds up perfectly i.e. with purchase orders, invoices or supplier queries

• Follow Global Procurement policies when entering new suppliers, ensuring we stay on the right track

• Be the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional service with a smile

• Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination, because teamwork makes the dream work

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work, because we're always on the move

Qualifications

• Education Level 4 or Equivalent: Show us your vocational education skills and let's rock this role together.

• Organization is Key: Strong organizational skills and a talent for accurate record-keeping will make you shine

• Multilingual Marvel: Fluent in Dutch and English, enabling effective communication and making you a language superstar

• Communication Extraordinaire: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

• Quick Change Artist: Ability to switch tasks efficiently and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, because we're always on the move

• Oracle Cloud

• Microsoft Office

• Some experience with Concur is a plus but not required.
