Profissional com Nível Técnico e experiência em Data Center ou ambientes de Missão Crítica para realizar a manutenção, instalação e testes de circuitos de fibra óptica ou cobre em ambiente de Data Center IBX (Data Center Equinix). O papel envolve garantir a qualidade do serviço, gerenciar a fila de trabalho, executar instalações de infraestrutura, incluindo equipamentos de clientes em racks, realizar testes e troubleshooting, e manter a documentação e relatórios atualizados. É essencial ter disponibilidade para atuar em escala 12x36 no período diurno ou noturno em um dos sites do Rio de Janeiro.

O que você fará:

Realizar manutenção, instalação e testes avançados em circuitos de fibra óptica ou cobre.
Garantir a qualidade do serviço entregue.
Manter registros detalhados de todas as atividades de trabalho.
Gerenciar prioridades de trabalho com base na fila e assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.
Realizar instalações de infraestrutura e gerenciar a organização do cabeamento.
Montar e empilhar (racks and stacks) equipamentos de clientes.
Conduzir testes em circuitos de fibra óptica ou cobre de operadoras e clientes.
Realizar troubleshooting para identificar e solucionar problemas em circuitos de fibra óptica ou cobre.
Criar e gerenciar relatórios técnicos sobre instalações, manutenções e testes.
Apoiar a execução de projetos sob a direção de profissionais seniores.
Completar todos os treinamentos designados.
Contribuir para a satisfação do cliente através da execução pontual e precisa das ordens de serviço.

O que você precisa ter:

Nível Técnico completo.
Habilidades com tecnologia e sistemas relacionados à função.
Capacidade de criar e gerenciar relatórios detalhados e precisos.
Disponibilidade para atuar em escala 12x36 no período diurno/noturno nos IBXs (Data Center Equinix) de Del Castilho (RJ2) ou Botafogo (RJ1).

O que será um diferencial se você tiver:

Conhecimentos em Telecomunicações e Hardware.
Inglês intermediário.
Experiência anterior em Data Center ou ambientes de Missão Crítica.
