The opportunity
Equinix is seeking a Commercial Operations Knowledge Intern to support the Commercial Operations team in strengthening how operational knowledge is captured, organized, and shared across a global organization.
This role will contribute to improving clarity, consistency, and effectiveness in how Commercial Operations teams execute their work and how managers coach team members to operate proactively and at scale. The intern will work across regions and functions, partnering with stakeholders to support ongoing operational maturity.

What you’ll do
- Support the development and maintenance of internal Commercial Operations knowledge resources
- Help organize and structure content within SharePoint‑based knowledge repositories to improve accessibility and usability
- Partner with Commercial Operations leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to capture existing practices and expectations
- Assist in identifying areas where additional clarity, guidance, or documentation would improve effectiveness
- Contribute to materials that support manager coaching and day‑to‑day team guidance
- Use data, feedback, and operational inputs to help inform where focus and effort may be most impactful
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other tools to support drafting, synthesis, and organization of content
- Collaborate with a global team, adapting content to support consistency across regions while recognizing local context
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Analytics, Communications, or a related field and expecting to graduate in 2028 or later.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and open‑ended problem statements
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Interested in how teams operate at scale and how managers drive consistency and performance
- Able to work effectively with stakeholders across time zones and geographies
- Familiar with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools; experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools is a plus
