Leading a new team at a new job is no easy task. Stanley Chan, Digital Services Sales leader for the Asia-Pacific region, has taken on this challenge at Equinix. Stanley is not new to Equinix; he joined the company in its initial pre-IPO stage and later led the technical sales team for the Americas. After pursuing other career interests, he has returned to Equinix. We spoke with Stanley about his professional journey and his reasons for returning to Equinix.
Q: You left Equinix some 20 years ago and joined some interesting startups and global tech companies. What did you see at Equinix that you did not at these other organizations?
Stanley: As the industry leading data center provider, Equinix has remained true to its core values of putting people first since its inception.
