Job Summary
We are seeking a full-cycle recruiter for our Emerging Talent Programs team in EMEA. You will guide hiring managers and teams to a successful hire, execute the Emerging Talent Programs Strategy for the EMEA region, and enhance Equinix's reputation as the employer of choice for New to Career and Emerging talent.
Responsibilities
Talent Advisor: Partner with hiring teams to develop and drive effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies with an ability to manage expectations and influence hiring decisions based on recruiting expertise and shared business goals.
Networker: Build and maintain a network of candidates and partners, engaging passive candidates for current and future opportunities.
Innovator: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance recruitment practices, recruiting initiatives, such as innovative campus engagement & outreach, and expansion of our program offerings.
Brand Ambassador: promote diversity and brand awareness by collaboration with internal teams on campus events to establish Equinix as an employer of choice with new-to-career talent.
Experience Creator: enhance the hiring experience for leaders and candidates, ensuring positive interactions, and curate an excellent experience for interns and early career talent.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter for corporate and technical roles.
Strong understanding of the new-to-career hiring landscape in Poland, with experience in EMEA recruitment strategy.
Good understanding of the new to career hiring & emerging talent landscape in Poland required, with Proven years of experience preferred in driving EMEA recruitment strategy and events, building internal & external partnerships and overall intern program planning & implementation.
Passionate about providing exceptional candidate and manager experiences.
Creative thinker with a strategic, data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.
