Job Summary

Develops and delivers projects (including developing project plans/task lists) and identifies stakeholders' needs. 

Responsibilities  

  • Coordinate project support activities, including 

  • Manage and schedule meetings, attend as needed to capture notes and action items for DIB, including EECNs operations meetings and DIB team meetings 

  • Manage global calendar for DIB 

  • Manage membership lists for DIB/EECNs as needed 

  • Admin support to DIB programs (training, mentor programs, events), including budget, scheduling, and creation of materials in PowerPoint and other 

  • Point of contact for DIB new hires and interns 

  • Compile and report on project related metrics and KPIs 

  • Process purchase orders, payments, including monitoring email and partnering with employee volunteer leaders   

  • Track budget and spending, create monthly summary report and team review  

  • Manage DIB email aliases as needed 

  • Manage Microsoft Teams folders for DIB 

  • Assist in creating PowerPoint presentation slides 

  • Update web pages 

  • Assist in set up and management of events, including EECNs 

  • Direct support to Women’s Network including monitoring email alias and member support

Qualifications 

  • Entry level / degree or equivalent 

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Must have 1-2 years’ experience with administrative responsibilities 

  • Must be able to demonstrate transferable proficiency for administrative tasks 

  • Proficient in basic business and productivity software, including Microsoft Share Point, Power Point, Excel and Teams  

  • Hands-on experience with documentation, and schedules 

  • Ability to work with basic data analysis 

  • Willingness to do independent research and work in a team environment 

  • Must be able to multi-task and organize 

  • PowerPoint slide creation skills is a plus 

  • 1+ years experience preferred 

  • Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred 

  • Prince2 Foundation certification preferred
