Job Summary

Equinix is looking for an Executive Assistant to support leaders on the Business Operations Leadership team. The Executive Assistant will assist by prioritizing and completing multiple tasks and following through with team members to achieve group and individual goals. 

 

The preferred candidate will be proactive, detail oriented, and demonstrates a "get the job done" attitude. The Executive Assistant must be flexible and possess outstanding decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with solid project management, organizational and communication skills. Strong candidates are enthusiastic, dedicated and focused on providing quality support. Additionally, the candidate must be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships at all organizational levels.   

 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative support including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics across time zones

  • Serve as a strategic partner to optimize executive time and priorities, acting as a gatekeeper and liaison

  • Coordinate agenda and logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and all-hands forums

  • Provide administrative assistance to the team and its programs/ projects 

  • Maintain confidentiality and deal with information that is highly sensitive 

  • Process expense reports & POs and proactively manage to completion 

  • Develop positive and productive partnerships in support of the business 

  • Coordinate special projects as needed 

  • Manage multiple assignments with competing priorities 

 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a global, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and build relationships at all levels

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 73,000 - 109,000 CAD / Annual

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 90,000 - 136,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
