Data Centre Customer Operations Technician

Are you ready to join a dynamic team as a Customer Operations Technician? Look no further! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about maintaining critical installation infrastructure and providing exceptional service to our customers.

As a Customer Operations Technician, you will need cabling experience and have the ability to utilise strong IT skills while seamlessly transitioning between hands-on work and administrative tasks. Experience in delivering excellent customer service is a huge bonus, as our customers, both internal and external, are of utmost importance to us. We want them to be important to you too!

What we need you to do!

  • You will be involved in responding to customer requests.
  • You will perform technical tasks on behalf of customers.
  • You will install customer equipment in racks.
  • You will lay cabling in the data center (UTP and fiber optic).
  • You will monitor and respond to alarm notifications.
  • You will ensure proper documentation of customer work performed.
