Job Summary
Provides second level support for Operations business processes and structures. Triages problems and manages escalations to ensure orders flow efficiently through the quote to cash process. Carries out root cause analysis and drives business optimization projects. Works collaboratively with the other operational and support teams and supports regional and global process improvement projects and programs.

Functional Knowledge
Has specialized knowledge and expertise in Business Operations and related job families
Has specialized knowledge of the overall 'Quote to Cash' process and supporting systems
Business Expertise
Interprets internal/external business and customer challenges and recommends best practices to improve product, processes or services
Leadership
May lead project teams within Business Operations or related job families on projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions Impact
