Job Summary
The Senior Sales Transactions Administrator handles administrative tasks for account executives and sales representatives related to all transactional requests, and acts as a SME as it relates to all department process and procedures.
Responsibilities
Transactional Processing
Monitors and manages quote request queues
Is responsible for the creation of New, MACD, Amendment, Renewal, and Termination quotes and service orders
Validates quoting info provided by Account Executive for non-standard quotes
Follows up directly with AE on any clarifications or additional info required
Is responsible for accurate and timely creation of all assigned quote requests, including initial quotes and revisions to existing quotes
Ensures any/all non-system-managed approvals are properly obtained before quotes or other legal documents are released to customers
Maintains complete and expert process knowledge and has the ability to coach/mentor junior QSS team members
Contributes to RPO discussions, functional design & business requirements documents as required
Data Validation
Ensures that all requests are processed accurately as per the request
Is required to investigate data issues related to specific transactions
Works on larger data investigation activities in order to correct database issues
Document Routing Administration
Service Order Validation & Configuration
Maintains complete and expert process knowledge and can coach/mentor junior order management team members
Contributes to RPO discussions, functional design & business requirements documents as required
Assures accuracy of sales engineering specifications as per CRD documentation
Maintains the ability to work all OM configuration requests from their respective queue within established SLO's
Contributes in secondary responsibilities outside of pure order management tasks
Takes on large project work and support all external requests related to established process
Configures orders in the system "as-designed" and ensure work order creation and fulfillment dates
Coordinates all in-flight service order changes/requests as needed
Works in unison with the training resource to ensure that all processes and documentation is accurate and up to date
Qualifications
3+ years experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
