Job Summary

The Senior Director, GTM Strategy & Execution is a key member of the GTM Transformation leadership team, responsible for translating enterprise and CRO strategy into executable programs that drive measurable impact across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Channel. Operating across multiple time horizons, this role balances immediate execution with forward-looking strategy. It diagnoses GTM challenges in the present, drives delivery and alignment within a 12-month horizon, and also designs scalable solutions that position the GTM engine for the next 2–3 years. The ideal candidate brings a bias for execution, strong cross-functional leadership, and deep GTM acumen within a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic Diagnosis & Solution Design

  • Rapidly assess GTM challenges across CRO functions and geographies

  • Design strategic solutions and transformation blueprints that align with CRO priorities and enterprise goals

  • Partner with CRO LT to build and modify GTM strategy, and link that overall GTM strategy with tactical execution of programs

Execution of Strategic Programs

  • Translate strategic objectives into executable programs with clear milestones, KPIs, and delivery plans

  • Ensure traceability between CRO OKRs, enterprise programs, and transformation outcomes

  • Drive disciplined execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring regional and segment alignment

Sales Play & Planning Integration

  • Support the design and activation of Sales Plays, ensuring cross-functional readiness and performance tracking

  • Contribute to GTM Strategy & Planning, including segmentation, prioritization, and goal setting

  • Partner with Enablement and GTM Ops to embed strategic initiatives into frontline rhythms

Cross-Functional Alignment & Leadership

  • Partner with GTM leaders to align upstream and downstream dependencies across strategy, systems, processes, and customer journeys

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP GTM Transformation and CRO LT, contributing to executive and board-level narratives

  • Facilitate structured communications, operating reviews, and feedback loops to ensure visibility and alignment

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track GTM Transformation KPIs that measure the business impact of strategic programs (e.g., forecast accuracy, revenue acceleration, CX improvements), partnering with RevOps to ensure alignment and consistency

  • Leverage analytics and insights to optimize execution and inform strategic pivots

  • Continuously improve transformation playbooks, tools, and cadences based on stakeholder feedback and external benchmarks

Team & Capability Development

  • Contribute to the build-out of the GTM Transformation team of the future

  • Coach team members to strengthen strategic thinking, business acumen, and executional discipline

  • Champion a culture of agility, transparency, and enterprise-first thinking

Qualifications

  • Substantial / 10+ years in strategy, consulting, or GTM leadership roles, ideally in technology or data centre environments

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Experience in high-growth, matrixed organizations with global scope

  • Executive presence and stakeholder management capability

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex data and market dynamics into actionable strategies

  • Cross-Cultural Agility: Experience working across diverse geographies and cultures; sensitivity to regional nuances in GTM execution

  • Agility & Execution: Adapts quickly to changing priorities and drives initiatives forward with focus, speed, and accountability​

  • Executive Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and craft board-level narratives

  • Operational Discipline: Skilled in program design, governance, and performance tracking across matrixed environments

  • Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to lead through influence, build trust, and drive alignment across functions and regions

  • Analytical Acumen: Comfort with data-driven decision-making and performance measurement

  • Change Leadership: Ability to lead through ambiguity, drive transformation, and foster a culture of adaptability

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and experience across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Technology Fluency: Familiarity with GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, quoting platforms) and how they enable strategy execution

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 200,000 - 300,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 202,000 - 302,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
