What You’ll Do
You’ll lead and support complex security initiatives across our global IBX footprint, collaborating with teams from Cyber Security to Global Design & Construction. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational resilience, and compliance excellence.
Security Operations & Enablement
Contributes and maintains alignment with national and regional executive stakeholders in relation to security systems and policy, strategic direction, and future business objectives.
Manages multiple tasks within cross-functional projects.
Supports and provides input/guidance on design engineering and project planning on new and expansion of IBX’s.
Project Management
Own end-to-end delivery of physical security projects — from budgeting and scheduling to execution and reporting
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track action items, and drive accountability
Analyze operational data to identify risks, improve productivity, and enhance profitability
IBX Support & Systems
Resolve day-to-day security issues across multiple IBX sites
Conduct SPOF and End-of-Life reviews, site physicals, and remediation planning
Provide hands-on support for security systems and installation efforts
Training & Development
Design and deliver security training programs across global sites
Identify stakeholder training needs and ensure consistent knowledge transfer
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh insights to the team
Design & Engineering Collaboration
Review and refine security design standards for new IBX builds
Recommends alterations to design, development, implementation, and analysis to improve quality of products, new technologies, procedures, and/or efficiencies.
Provides drawing reviews of both internal and cross-functional designs.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in security systems and vendor management, or 8+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
PMP certification preferred
Proficiency in Bluebeam and major security system platforms
Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
Proven data center experience, including equipment installation, large-scale cabling, and deployment of integrated security systems across hardware, software, and network infrastructure

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dal Dallas : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual
United States - Ashburn Office AEO : 88,000 - 132,000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
