Overview of Function, Team, and Role:

The HR Org & Talent (O&T) team is responsible for developing skills, leadership pipelines, and building agile organizations to support Equinix's growth. This role as a Talent Management Intern entails designing, developing, implementing, and testing core components of an emerging enterprise learning strategy and model. This includes establishing best practices, standard operating procedures, and measures of success aligned to a multitude of workstreams, including but not limited to learning measurement, gamification, certification, badging, programmatic deployment and more. This program supports one of HR’s strategic objectives related to implementing an enterprise learning strategy.

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):  

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies (Graduation between December 2025-September 2026)
