Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Customer Success. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless operations and enabling the SVP to focus on strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
Manage a demanding and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring optimal prioritization and conflict resolution
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reconciliation
Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring the SVP is well-prepared for meetings and engagements
Meeting & Event Planning
Plan, organize, and execute meetings, strategic events, and team offsites
Prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and briefing documents
Attend meetings, capture notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Communication & Correspondence
Draft, edit, and proofread high-level communications, presentations, and reports
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Act as the point of contact between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders
Project & Department Support
Coordinate and support special projects and department-wide initiatives with minimal oversight
Build and leverage collaborative relationships with other Executive Assistants across the organization
Manage global communications distribution lists and assist with internal communications
Budget & Expense Management
Prepare and review expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
Manage purchase orders, facilitate invoice approvals, and track expenditures
Identify opportunities to optimize costs for travel and events
Qualifications
Experience
3+ years supporting senior executives in a global corporate environment
Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and events
Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with Teams, SharePoint, and procurement tools (Coupa) preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 70,000 - 105,000 USD / Annual
United States - Denver Office DEO : 70,000 - 105,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
