Who are we?

Job Summary: The Data Center/Logistics Associate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, locate, and transport products within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving, excellent communication skills, and experience with ticketing/tracking systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
• Utilize ticketing/tracking systems (such as Remedy or Siebel) to manage inventory and track shipments.
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving processes.
• Familiarity with ticketing/tracking systems such as Remedy or Siebel.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.

Nice to have

• Valid forklift operator license.
