Job Summary

The Commercial Operations Fulfilment Coordinator handles administrative tasks for account executives and sales representatives related to all transactional requests. Depending on entry level, this will be done under the supervision of a lead or senior resource.

Responsibilities

• Service request & order management (including validation, configuration, booking, cancellation)

• Order management process support

• Order management documentation development

• Delivery of application and process training

• Reporting, metrics and analytics

• Is responsible for small project work in addition to their primary responsibilities

Qualifications

• Deep understanding and knowledge of Oracle or Siebel

• Proven experience of working as part of a successful team

• Excellent time and priority management skills

• Able to write  concise technical or business correspondence, training material or applications documentation

• Highly autonomous, have a can-do will-do attitude, and extremely reliable

• Have a sense for detail and know how to tackle complex problems.

• Clear and concise presentation skills both verbally and in writing

• Previous experience and knowledge in delivering training

• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Europe as needed

• Previous experience managing small projects or participated in medium to large projects

• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint

• Previous data mining and analysis experience

• Relish  learning new technology, understanding solutions, and developments

• Fluency in English. If Chinese and Japanese will be a plus
