Job Description: Corporate Real Estate Associate
As a Corporate Real Estate Associate, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create a vibrant workplace community in the offices you manage. You will oversee the daily operations of Equinix offices, ensuring they meet CRE's Four Keys standards: safety, courtesy, efficiency, and community, in line with the Operational Excellence (OE) Playbook. Your role is to anticipate customer needs, keep them at the center of our focus, and create a vibrant community within the workplace through exciting and creative on-site events.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of Equinix offices, ensuring they meet CRE's Four Keys standards.
Create a vibrant workplace community through exciting and creative on-site events.
Ensure smooth delivery of all CRE services to customers and visitors.
Support the broader Corporate Real Estate team's objectives with program support and execution.
Cover the Welcome Desk during business hours, providing a welcoming experience for customers and guests.
Support new hires in settling in and connecting them with the community through events and employee groups.
Plan and deliver CRE events that create a fun and engaging vibe and a sense of community.
Actively promote office events and celebrate the office community.
Ensure overall security and safety of the site(s) you manage.
Promptly address customer tickets and answer customer and guest questions.
Communicate site-related issues, events, or changes to employees.
Act as the primary point of contact, providing support, knowledge, care, and fun.
Manage mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Oversee the Purchase Order process and support office moves, openings, closures, and change projects.
Maintain vendor, contractor, and Landlord relationships.
Collaborate with site leaders, executive assistants, employee groups, and others for on-site events and projects.
Advocate for CRE and its services, ensuring the business understands our value.
Requirements:
College/University graduate with a four-year degree or equivalent customer/hospitality work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong verbal and written English language and communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Proven experience in project management and business operations.
