Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare project plans and documentation and follow agreed processes.
  • Schedule and reserve resources needed for the project, both internal and external.
  • Monitor project progress and report to clients and stakeholders.
  • Contract external parties such as suppliers, consultants, and contractors, and manage budgets.
  • Hold progress meetings and address changes in scope, time, and budget.
  • Deliver completed projects with all agreed deliverables and provide aftercare post-handover.
  • Contribute to process improvements where possible (e.g., workflows, reporting methods, contracts, supply chain, and document management).

Your Profile

  • Relevant technical education and higher professional level (HBO).
  • Proven training in project management.
  • Significant experience as a Project Manager in construction or building-related installation projects; experience in mission-critical environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach.
  • Customer-focused, solution-driven mindset.
  • Responsible team player who collaborates, motivates, and persuades others; able to mediate conflicts when needed.
  • Knowledge of and affinity with office software applications.
