Job Summary
In this individual contributor leadership role, you will coordinate and deliver training for operations personnel in a 24/7/365 critical facility environment. Responsibilities
Develop and facilitate training for Equinix Customer Operations and Critical Facilities professionals
Coordinate and deliver training to Operations personnel in onsite and virtual settings
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on content creation
Technical content creation including training videos, documentation
Qualifications
Experience mentoring and training skilled professionals in a 24/7/365 critical facility environment
Extensive knowledge in network and equipment platforms, systems, and circuits
Extensive knowledge of MEP systems used throughout a data center environment.
Focus on training based on standard operating procedures.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Ability to translate technical information into content that can be understood at many different levels
Previous experience in a Data Center or Critical facility environment
Passion for developing technical and interpersonal skills of team members
Understanding of adult/professional learning theory
Proficiency in Power App is a plus
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability
Bachelors preferred
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - DC10 Washington DC : 114,000 - 170,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
