As a Customer Operations Technician, you will need cabling experience and have the ability to utilise strong IT skills while seamlessly transitioning between hands-on work and administrative tasks. What we need you to do! 

• You will be involved in responding to customer requests. 

• You will perform technical tasks on behalf of customers. 

• You will install customer equipment in racks. 

• You will lay cabling in the data center (UTP and fiber optic). 

• You will monitor and respond to alarm notifications. 

• You will ensure proper documentation of customer work performed.
