Wij zijn opzoek naar kandidaten met kennis van koper- of glasvezelbekabeling. Ervaring met, of een passie voor het leveren van uitstekende klantenservice is een enorme bonus. Een positieve instelling, leergierig en een verlangen om je verder te ontwikkelen is essentieel, evenals het vermogen om goed te werken in een team.
Jouw taken:
Met zowel technische als on-the-job training, maak je deel uit van een top team dat samenwerkt om het volgende te bereiken:
Je bent betrokken bij het beantwoorden van verzoeken van klanten;
Je voert technische werkzaamheden uit in opdracht van klanten;
Je installeert klantenapparatuur in racks;
Je legt bekabeling aan in het datacenter (UTP en glasvezel);
Je bewaakt en reageert op alarmmeldingen;
Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie van de uitgevoerde klantwerkzaamheden.
