Job Summary
Supports billing operations by ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and compliance with internal procedures. Applies basic problem-solving to routine tasks and collaborates with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for the Company's Price Increase Project

• Serves as backup for Billing Analyst activities

• Processes service requests accurately and within SLA

• Maintains billing and dunning contacts in Oracle

• Generates and distributes reports for management

• Coordinates monthly invoice runs and supports the month-end close

• Issues manual EPS invoices and PWO quotes as needed

• Validates billing data against executed contracts

• Monitors CRM and Universal Work Queues to ensure proper assignment of requests

• Supports ad hoc projects and reporting as requested by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required)

• Experience in finance or billing operations

• Advanced Excel skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Solid understanding of financial processes and contract validation

• Advanced English (written and spoken)
