As a Technical Deployment Analyst, you play a hybrid role that combines project management skills, technical deployment expertise, and a strong customer focus. You coordinate and deliver infrastructure deployments across multiple functional groups, manage stakeholders, and ensure accurate administration and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate deployments with a strong focus on customer requirements
- Create and communicate detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules
- Manage customer deployments involving cross-functional teams
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate administration and reporting of deployment activities
- Demonstrate strong time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Coordinate Technical Deployment Management (TDM) activities: scheduling, tracking, and progress reporting
- Ensure technical prerequisites (hardware, connectivity, cabling) are in place before deployment
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during deployment phases
- Take initiative, adapt quickly to changes, and identify improvement opportunities
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse colleagues
Requirements
- Experience in project management within critical environments
- Strong technical insight into infrastructure and deployment processes
- Prince2 Foundation certification and Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with Dutch language skills a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Ability to commute between data centres; driver’s license preferred
- Strong organisational skills, accurate administration, and effective time management
