Job Summary

Partners with Finance and business stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions aligned to enterprise business and IT strategy. Serves as the primary cross-track coordinator for daily AMS/KTLO operations—driving incident management, triage, prioritization, monitoring, and leadership reporting across all Finance application tracks. Supports project delivery as needed, working with matrixed global teams from requirements through stabilization and support transition.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Specialist with strong Oracle Fusion Financials expertise and a proven ability to orchestrate end-to-end daily operations across multiple tracks. The ideal candidate will operate as the “single pane of glass” for BAU/AMS execution—ensuring issues are captured, routed, tracked to closure, risks are surfaced early, and stakeholders receive clear status and metrics on overall KTLO health.

Responsibilities

AMS / BAU Operations (Cross-Track Coordination)

  • Own and coordinate daily AMS operations across all Finance tracks (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Mgmt, Expenses, Tax, etc.), ensuring seamless execution of KTLO activities

  • Lead incident management: intake, triage, severity assessment, assignment, escalation, and driving timely resolution with functional/technical teams and vendors

  • Establish and run daily/weekly triage routines (war room cadence when required), ensuring blockers, dependencies, and root causes are addressed

  • Monitor queues (tickets, alerts, integrations, scheduled processes) and ensure SLA adherence, backlog hygiene, and accurate issue categorization

  • Produce and deliver clear BAU/KTLO reporting to leadership: incident trends, aging, SLA metrics, recurring defects, environment stability, and priority risks

  • Coordinate cross-team communications during major incidents, including stakeholder updates, ETAs, workaround guidance, and closure summaries/RCA tracking

Business Requirements & Functional Ownership

  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to analyze, define, and document business requirements within and across functional areas

  • Drive best practices in requirements gathering, process mapping, and validation—capturing core needs beyond stated requirements and placing them in the broader end-to-end process context

  • Translate business needs into Oracle Cloud Financials functional designs and supportable solutions, ensuring alignment to global standards and control requirements

  • Work closely with business leads to validate fixes/enhancements, support UAT coordination (as needed), and ensure clean handoffs to support operations

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications within and beyond a functional track; proactively identify and engage the right stakeholders for quick decisions

  • Interact regularly with senior stakeholders and communicate value, risk, and operational health using concise, data-driven summaries

  • Coordinate with AMS partners/vendors to ensure quality delivery, timely resolution, proper documentation, and continuous improvement

Solution Design & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Contribute to and review cross-functional solutions impacting Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring design quality, scalability, and operational supportability

  • Advise on solutions prepared by peers/partners and champion good design practices that reduce defects and improve long-term stability

  • Identify recurring issues and systemic gaps; drive remediation plans (process, configuration, training, documentation, or automation)

“Success Measures”

  • Improved SLA performance and reduced ticket aging/backlog

  • Faster triage-to-resolution cycle time for high severity incidents

  • Reduced recurrence of top defects through RCA-driven fixes

  • Stronger visibility for leadership via consistent BAU health reporting and trend dashboards

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in analytics

  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
