Who are we?

Job Summary
Manages, trains, cross-trains, develops, and motivates the team. Draft budget proposals, provide status reports, and internal/external customer and interdepartmental communications. Leads the safe and successful running of the Data Center.

Responsibilities
Team Management

• Manages teams to ensure optimal performance of the Data Center

• Develops and motivates team members

Technical Support

• Investigates technical issues and leads supervisors in resolving issues

• Provides root cause analysis

System Support

• Ensures team members are working within the system per the operational requirements

• Resolves basic issues

Facilities Management

• Review recommendations and pricing with local suppliers and keep servicing records to ensure that data center infrastructure is properly maintained

Budgeting

• Drafts proposals for data center infrastructure improvements which require capital expenditure approval

Reporting

• Provide routine status reports on data center performance

Standards

• Accountable and responsible for adherence to and evolution of global standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in managing a Data Center preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course preferred
